Bio
Larry Bolanos recorded a standout career for coach Arnie Brandt, and the Morningside wrestling squad after transferring from Muscatine Junior College. Among his highlights included a national runner-up finish in the 1971 NAIA National Wrestling Championships at 126 pounds, falling to Richard Oretega of US International in the finals. He was also an NAIA District 15 champion, and North Central Conference runner-up.
