Bio
A longtime storyteller in Siouxland, James blends play-by-play experience, feature writing, multimedia production, and an eye for detail to elevate the profiles of Mustang student-athletes, coaches, and teams.
James helps manage daily communications for all 28 varsity sports at Morningside. He is the host/producer of the “Inside Mside” podcast, and he leads creative content development that highlights the people, personality, and competitive excellence within the Mustang program.
Before joining Morningside, James spent several years covering high school and college athletics in a variety of roles including radio, print media, and digital sports coverage. James currently lives in Sioux City with his wife, Kayla.
