Bio
Tracy Meis was raised in Hampton, Iowa. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Morningside University, an M.S. in School Psychology from the University of Nebraska- Omaha and an M.S. in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Western States. She is certified as a Mental Performance Consultant through the Association of Applied Sports Psychology.
Tracy helps student-athletes understand and use sport psychology principles and strategies to improve performance and enhance well-being. She offers an evidence-based, personalized approach to athlete care and aims to create a space for Morningside athletes to share their unique experiences and performance concerns. She helps individuals & teams develop skills and strategies to:

- Elevate performance
- Manage competitive stress
- Sharpen focus
- Build confidence
- Compete under pressure
- Cope with injury and return to play
