Baseball Earns ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The American Baseball Coaches Association unveiled a list of nearly 500 collegiate baseball programs that earned the 2025-26 ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award. More than 800 teams were recognized at the college and high school levels.

Morningside, for the ninth consecutive season, received the designation.

Teams recognized must be a high school or college team with a current ABCA member as the head coach, and must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
