Grandview holds off Mustangs
Nathan Fuller resumed an impressive late-season push through the summer regional collegiate League of Legends regular season, leading Morningside College's team Wednesday, July 24.
Fuller, just a week removed from a staggering count of better than 11,000 in gold farming during a victory over University Laboratory July 17, came back with six champion kills and almost 15,000 in gold farming (14,985). However, Mside's opposition managed a 31-13 champion kill advantage and 65,622-45,301 outcome in gold farming for the victory, dropping head coach Dean Stevens' side to third in the final standings.
The summer League of Legends crew concludes the season at the regional finals event in Des Moines August 10.
