Miller named player of the week

SIOUX CITY, IOWA – The Great Plains Athletic Conference announced its week five football players of the week, sponsored by Hauff Mid America Sports. Morningside's Joshua Miller was announced as the week's defensive player of the week.

Miller's efforts at Midland University, which included 12 total tackles, earned him the week's honor. He recorded 2.5 tackles for a loss, including two sacks. 

Morningside prepares for this week's homecoming contest against Hastings College on Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
