Men's Basketball Places 6 on Scholar-Athlete List
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced its winter edition of Daktronics Scholar-Athletes, listing six Morningside Men’s Basketball team members as recipients of the honor.
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced its winter edition of Daktronics Scholar-Athletes, listing six Morningside Men's Basketball team members as recipients of the honor.
The Mustangs were represented on the honor list by Grayson Bouwman, Daniel Brocaille, Brayden Dinkla, Cade Johnson, Derek Quinlin, and Alex Wilcoxson.
In order to qualify for the NAIA scholar-athlete program, a student-athlete must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.5, appear on a sport's eligibility certificate, and have attended one full year at the current institution.
