Cavanaugh earns Player of the Week honor

SIOUX CITY, IOWA – Ryan Cavanaugh was named the Great Plains Athletic Conference Men's Golfer of the Week, following a second-place finish at Morningside's Mustang Derby, in which he led the Mustangs to the team title.

Cavanaugh, a sophomore from Reno, Nev., shot a 146 during the two day event, finishing even on day one and +2 on day two.
