Lusch resumes Morningside's rich CoSIDA Academic All-American tradition

Senior Moritz Lusch (Bielefield, Germany) represented Morningside University on the 2021 CoSIDA (Collegiate Sports Information Directors of America) National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics' men's soccer Academic All-American teams, released Tuesday, Dec. 7.

A business administration major with a 3.89 grade-point average, he is the lone Great Plains Athletic Conference honoree on the men's or women's top two squads. His first-team recognition marks the 11^th straight year the Morningside University athletic department has had at least one CoSIDA/NAIA Academic All-American and the third accolade for the men's soccer program since 2018.
