Morningside's Ben Abdallah receives player of the week honor

SIOUX CITY, IOWA – The Great Plains Athletic Conference this morning announced its player of the week for men's tennis, naming Morningside's Skander Ben Abdallah the honoree for the week of March 18-24.

Ben Abdallah went a combined 4-0 this week, winning both his singles and doubles matches. The senior, who is riding a nine-match singles winning streak against countable opponents, guaranteed the Mustangs' wins against Mount Marty and Concordia, earning the crucial fourth team point in both outings.
