6 Men's Tennis Players Land on NAIA Scholar-Athlete List
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced its Scholar-Athletes for spring sports. Morningside had 6 athletes named to the list for men's tennis.
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced its Scholar-Athletes for spring sports. Morningside had 6 athletes named to the list for men's tennis.
The Mustangs were represented on the spring list by Abhishek Mohapatra, Alexis Diaz, Chris Wailes, Jesse Gerth, Joao Pedro Pierry Izoldi Costa, and Mathys Arnold.
In order to qualify for the NAIA scholar-athlete program, a student-athlete must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.5, appear on a sport's eligibility certificate, and have attended one full year at the current institution.
