DePauw, Anderson named Players of the Week

SIOUX CITY, IOWA – Morningside took two-of-three Great Plains Athletic Conference player of the week honors for men's volleyball this week, the league announced yesterday. 

Jacob DePauw was selected as the league's setter of the week, following an 11.5 assist per game effort against Ottawa last week. DePauw totaled 46 assists in the four-set match, alongside four kills, four service aces, eight digs, and one block assist.

Owen Anderson received the defensive player of the week honor, after averaging 4.0 digs per set in the four-setter.

The Mustangs are back on the court in Allee Gym on Friday, March 3, and Saturday, March 4.
