Head coach Jake Stevenson's Mustangs received 27 ranking votes in the "Receiving Votes" section. Junior 133-pounder Taylor Vazquez (Fountain, Colo.) and junior 149-pounder John Diener (Kaukauna, Wis.) were listed in their respective weight classes, as Vazquez debuted at No. 14, and Diener, a returning All-American, was No. 6. Morningside begins its campaign Saturday, Nov. 20, when they take a group of individuals to the University of Nebraska at Kearney Open. Mside's junior varsity takes to the mat on Nov. 11 against Buena Vista and is part of its own JV Duals event on Nov. 18.
