Mustang men place 13th at BCU Invite
NORTH SIOUX CITY, S.D. – Running in a field loaded with teams from around the Midwest, the Mustangs placed 13th at the Briar Cliff Invitational at Adams Nature Preserve Saturday.
NORTH SIOUX CITY, S.D. – Running in a field loaded with teams from around the Midwest, the Mustangs placed 13th at the Briar Cliff Invitational at Adams Nature Preserve Saturday.
RC Hicks was the top Mustang runner Saturday morning, crossing the finish line in 26:53.78. Casey Kruger placed second on the team at 27:31.47 and Nick Schiltz third at 27:41.02. The other scorers for Morningsider were Parker Halder (27:54.17), Mason Welker (28:06.72), Eein McKinley (28:12.73), and Austin Ramold (28:52.27).
The top five teams were Dordt, Minnesota State, Sioux Falls, Doane, and William Penn.
Morningside runs again at the Blazing Tiger NAIA Classic Oct. 21.
