Mustangs close season with sixth-place GPAC finish

Junior Parker Halder led the Mustangs with a 22nd-place finish in 26 minutes, 6 seconds over the 8,000-meter course, followed closely by fellow junior Eein McKinley in 24th at 26:18. Senior RC Hicks placed 41st in 27:09, senior Casey Kruger took 44th in 27:14, and sophomore Braden Sonksen rounded out the scoring lineup in 46th with a time of 27:24.
Senior Austin Ramold (50th, 27:44) and senior Mason Welker (53rd, 28:06) added depth, while freshman Blake Cerveny finished 58th in 28:37 and senior Jose Lopez came through in 72nd at 30:01. The Mustangs amassed 158 points as a team.
