Softball Leads Morningside on Spring Scholar-Athlete List
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced its Scholar-Athletes for spring sports. Morningside had 15 athletes named to the list for softball.

The Mustangs were represented on the spring list by Adeline Fliege, Alexys Jones, Ali Fletcher, Ashlyn Caniglia, Bralen Biddlecome, Emma Barwick, Jalyn Noelle, Jenna Skradski, Jordan Skradski, Lillian Harris, Macanna Guritz, Mackenzi Harrel, Madisyn Lloyd, Paige Schuster, and Peighton James.
In order to qualify for the NAIA scholar-athlete program, a student-athlete must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.5, appear on a sport's eligibility certificate, and have attended one full year at the current institution.
