GREEN BAY, Wis. – The International Bowling Media Association, in partnership with Storm Products, Inc., announced another honor for Morningside's Emaly Kruse as the media group revealed its All-America selections at last night's "Night of Champions" as part of the United States Bowling Congress Team and Singles Championships.
Emaly Kruse was named a second team all-American, following her National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics first team all-America title, Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference first team all-conference selection, and KCAC women's bowler of the year honors.
Kruse was third in average pin differential, toppling an average of 35.6 more pins per game than the field average. She also collected the individual title at the NAIA BCA no. 1 in Kansas earlier this year.
Kruse was also named a National Collegiate Bowling Coaches Association Honorable Mention All-American for the second time in her career, placing her among the top 20 college bowlers in the country, as ranked by the member coaches.
