Morningside Climbs to No. 25 in Preaseason Women's Tennis Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics released its 2025-26 Women's Tennis Preseason Poll today, naming the Mustangs to the no. 25 spot. 

Morningside, who was last year's regular season champion, represents the only ranked GPAC team in the poll, while Concordia is listed as receiving votes.

The Mustangs, who posted an 18-6 record last year, received 36 points in the poll, which is voted on by a panel of coaches representing each conference and the group of independent institutions. 

Morningside is currently 6-0 this season, following the fall schedule.
