Morningside has 6 Women's Track and Field Athletes Named Scholar-Athletes
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced its Scholar-Athletes for spring sports. Morningside had 6 athletes named to the list for women's track and field, representing the indoor and outdoor seasons.
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced its Scholar-Athletes for spring sports. Morningside had 6 athletes named to the list for women's track and field, representing the indoor and outdoor seasons.
The Mustangs were represented on the spring list by Aleena Edwards, Courtney Sporrer, Gabby Ryan, Jolee Mesz, Kinsey Alt, and Taylor Cole.
In order to qualify for the NAIA scholar-athlete program, a student-athlete must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.5, appear on a sport's eligibility certificate, and have attended one full year at the current institution.
