Sporrer, Smith, Sachs lead Mustangs at USD

Courtney Sporrer was the top runner in the 5,000-meter run, finishing in 17 minutes, 34 seconds.
Three Mustangs ran in the 800, and all three placed in the Top 6. Morgan Sachs was the leading Mustang runner with a time of 2:19.56, while Nicole Zuehl was fifth (2:25.59) and Ava Lang sixth (2:30.45).
Kylin Smith also got third in the 400 in 57.84 seconds, and Jolee Mesz ninth in 59.58.
The Mustangs will now prepare for nationals, which is in Asheville, N.C. starting May 20.
