GREENWOOD, IND. – College Sports Communicators (CSC) revealed its list of Academic All-District honorees for women’s tennis yesterday. Morningside had three athletes listed in the release, as Line Jensen, Brooke Marshall, and Kailee Bailey all were recognized.
MOBILE, Ala. – The Mustangs suffered just their second loss of the year at the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Women’s Tennis National Championship, falling to Cumberland 4-3.
Missing last year’s national tournament isn’t something the Morningside women’s tennis team has forgotten. The Mustangs have used it as motivation dating back to the fall season.
SIOUX CITY, Iowa — Morningside placed multiple student-athletes on the 2026 Great Plains Athletic Conference Women’s Tennis All-Conference Team, as announced by the league office. Head coach Alex Struck was also named GPAC Coach of the Year after leading the Mustangs to a conference championship in both the regular season and during the postseason tournament.

The win, alongside the results on the other side of the bracket, sets up a rematch of last year’s championship match with Concordia.
